This month Natalia from Mandala Yoga will be taking over Tranquil Tuesdays as Polly has a well deserved break. Join us in the bell tent for your weekly ritual of Yoga & Meditation at 9.30am each week.
During this hour you will tune into your own body and meet yourself where you are without judgement. We all have different bodies and so we all make different shapes. This class will help with flexibility of body and mind as you explore breath work and mindful movement to soothe the soul.
(No experience is needed.)
These sessions in our beautiful bell tent here at Wild Root will allow you to be in the present moment, tune into your own body, and get out of your head and into your heart, while remaining curious. You will leave feeling grounded, restored, calm, relaxed, happy, positive, with more self- belief and trust in yourself.
