Join Megan Marcelle for a morning of complete self care and connection at our Summer Mini Retreat we are hosting @WildRoot in Halsall. We will be holding the space for you to completely immerse yourself into a morning of connection. During the morning you will be guided through two yoga practices, which aim to rebalance the energy body, open the heart and encourage you to reconnect with yourself.
We will open the retreat with a Summer Hatha Flow practice that will encourage you to open the heart and connect with your body. We will sit down to a nourishing brunch which will be prepared by the chefs at WildRoot (please contact us if you have any allergies). Following your delicious brunch, you will be guided through a seated group meditation and we will close the day with a calming Yin Yoga practice, which will encourage you to connect to yourself & others on a deeper level.
This morning retreat will provide you with tips and tools to reconnect with yourself mentally, physically & spiritually. Our aim is for you to come away feeling uplifted, supported and energised for the weekend ahead and the months ahead.
