We offer 90-minute "Stay & Play" sessions for children aged 0-6, featuring open-ended natural materials, opportunities for movement, and spaces designed to foster creativity, social connection, and independence.

ReformMe Roots is a boutique wellness studio where movement meets restoration. From Reformer Pilates and infrared yoga to sound therapy and sauna & ice contrast sessions, it’s a nurturing space to recharge, reconnect, and feel your best.

We are also the proud owners of The Fermentation Station. We produce over 15 products that are all made by hand, in small batches with very few ingredients. Taste our products on our menu or pick up some products from our shop on your way out.
At Wild Root, the changing seasons are our favourite excuse to celebrate. This autumn we’re bringing together our neighbours — Wild & Seek, Wildflower, ReformMe Roots and the Fermentation Station — to create a vibrant calendar of workshops, wellness sessions, feasts, and festive fun.
