Join Sammy for a Conscious Connected Breathwork practice that is amazing for releasing, transforming and healing our body, mind and spirit.
Breathwork is an incredible healing tool allowing you to dive deep into the seat of your soul, letting go of tension, cords, blockages, and fear and allowing you to make space within.

About the facilitator
Sammy is a passionate advocate for breathwork and deeply understands the power of practicing Conscious Connected Breathing. Having been on her own personal journey Sammy has used Conscious Connected Breathing as a modality to self-facilitate and bring wholeness into her life.
More recently Sammy has embarked on a journey exploring other breathing techniques and is now a Certified Oxygen Advantage instructor working with clients 121 to improve everyday breathing habits and nervous system regulation. As a trained facilitator in Conscious Connected Breathing Sammy is very keen to share the power of the breath and to help as many people as possible reunite with themselves.
