Join Fiona from Bloom with Berry and Nina from the Brass Monkey Shop for three hours of yoga and Wim Hof breathwork at Wild Root pant based kitchen near Southport.
Sharing the space of the beautiful and calming Bell Tent, we will prepare the mind and body with a short meditation and heart opening yoga sequence with Fiona before practicing powerful breathwork with Wim Hof qualified instructor Nina. Then, equipped with the techniques to endure an ice bath, you can take the plunge, if you dare! This part is optional, so no pressure if you don't feel ready!
Yoga, breathwork and cold exposure are becoming renowned for their range of benefits. From connecting mind, body and breath, reducing stress, increasing focus, creating mental resilience and even healing emotional trauma, this combined workshop will leave you feeling rejuvenated, powerful and like you can take on anything!
