Kraut - Carrot, Swede and Tarragon

This kraut is fermented for 2 weeks to harness all the good bacteria present in the vegetables. As well as carrot, swede and paragon, this kraut also contains, garlic, spring onions, white onions, cloves, bay leaves, peppercorns, mustard seeds.

If you’re new to kraut or have previously tried sauerkraut and didn’t like it, try this! It’s super sweet and tangy and really delicious paired with out Cultured Cashew Cheese!
