Super Seed Everyday Granola (refined sugar free)
It’s been a while since my last recipe and with it being New Year (ish), I have set myself the goal of becoming more consistent, bringing you weekly recipes. I’ve said it now so I’m committed!
There is an awful lot going on at Wild Root at the moment so it’s going to be a juggle but creating and sharing my recipes brings me so much joy that it is a priority this year.
We are starting off with a classic! If you could make one thing from scratch, this granola would be perfect. Most store-bought granolas are packed full of sugar and overly processed, so why not give this a go?
It’s a simple mix of oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia, gently spiced with cinnamon and folded through with coconut flakes.
Everything’s lightly coated in coconut oil and just a touch of maple, no refined sugars at all, just natural sweetness.
This is the granola we use in the cafe everyday, loaded into our granola bowls, and poured over banana bread and pancakes.
It’s plant-packed, nourishing, and made to be enjoyed slowly, the kind of thing you can come back to every day. Trust me its moreish!
